Here on Kin Unplugged, you’ll find a wide range of posts from marriage to pregnancy through to becoming an empty nester. I love to share valuable information and sometimes also personal experiences from moms that will help other moms on their journeys through motherhood. For moms-to-be, I also hope this is a place where women can get tips on how to enjoy that mom life once it begins!

I’m a mom of two kids

I’m a mom of two kids – currently a toddler and a baby. I’m pretty much always tired and so also constantly thinking of ways to make my life as a mom easier and less stressful. I like to share the time management tips, cleaning hacks, birthing encouragement and general advice I come up with and learn from others in this space.

Formerly working in financial services and also a student of Gender at Masters level, I enjoy looking at the different roles that moms and dads and husbands and wives take on in the home. 

I believe every life experience is special but also shared with someone, somewhere. Therefore, every mom can find someone to relate to. I want to share as many mom life experiences and lessons learned here on Kin Unplugged as possible. Especially for millennial moms because…well, I am a millennial mom.
